Designer Double Sided Quilted Cotton

This is a heavy-weight quilted cotton fabric, soft to the touch on both sides. Ther eis a black and white gridded pattern on right side, and all white on the wrong side. Squares measure 2″. It is drapey and not incredibly structured, insofar as a heavy-weight fabric goes.
