Robert Kaufman Ventana Twill in Bordeaux
$11.30
One of our favorite fabrics, Ventana twill is a soft, mid to heavy-weight cotton with saturated color. Not too stiff at 7.6 oz, it’s excellent for jackets, pants, and skirts. We’d love to use this for a pair of True Bias Lander Pants or a Merchant & Mills Ottoline Jacket!
Care instructions: Safe to wash and dry. Will shrink so be sure to pre-wash.
Rushes Jacquard Quilted Cotton in Shadow
$40.50
New from Merchant and Mills, this quilted Rushes Jacquard Cotton is absolutely swoon-worthy!
A medium-weight quilted garment cotton – made from 100% BCI cotton -, the wrong side of this jacquard has a gauzy/ French terry feel, while the right side is soft and fine. There is no batting in the middle of this cloth, rather the inside is made up of a series of thicker yarns which – in conjunction with the diamond-shaped Matelassé weaving technique – gives it it’s quilted feel.
Almost like a heavy-weight double gauze, we can imagine an amazing Tamarack Jacket, an oversized Linden Sweatshirt, a set of throw pillows, or even a quilt back made from this luxurious cotton.
RK Seawool Melton in Teal
$22.00
An environmental home run from Robert Kaufman, Seawool(R) is made from post-consumer oyster shells. After being crushed, the shells are mixed with plastic (PET) from recycled plastic bottles and spun into yarn which is naturally anti-static, anti-odor, anti-bacterial, and quick drying! Luxuriously soft and featuring excellent drape, we suggest making a Farrow Dress, the Chicago Jacket, or the 101 Trousers!
Designer Striped Knit Sweater Wool in Purple
$36.00
Say hello to your new favorite 100% wool sweater knit! A deadstock fabric sourced from Elliott Berman Textiles, this wool knit features multi-colored stripes that run perpendicular to the selvage. With 80% crosswise and 15 % lengthwise stretch, we suggest making a Fuller Cardigan or a Toaster Sweater with this gorgeous knit!
Manchester Woven Cotton in Lavender
$11.20
This free-trade, medium weight cotton from India has beautiful texture. It is more loosely woven than a quilting cotton, which gives it a soft drape that is perfect for tops, dresses, shirts, and more.
RK Trainer’s French Terry Fleece in White
$14.90
We’re absolutely in love with this light-weight, terry fleece from Robert Kaufman! This fabric has super-soft fleece on one side and smooth knit on the other with a 20% crosswise and 40% lengthwise stretch. We suggest making a Noord Sweatshirt, an Alex Half-Zip Pullover or an incredibly cozy set of set of Jeanne PJs out of this knit!
Robert Kaufman Speckled Shetland Flannel in Plum
$11.90
A new take on an old classic, this Speckled Flannel from Robert Kaufman washes well, is oh-so-soft, and works for a variety of garments! (Plus we think the speckles are très chic!) Try making a Thread Theory Finlayson Sweater or a pair of Wardrobe By Me Rebel Sweat Pants!
Lino Marbella Linen in Iceberg
