We offer three swatch card options:

Garment Fabrics: Warm Tones
Garment Fabrics: Cool Tones
Quilting Cotton

Each card features eight, carefully selected, fabric swatches that coordinate with the upcoming season. The garment fabrics work together as a capsule wardrobe and the quilting cottons create an unconventional collection that gives a subtle nod to the time of year.

In addition to the fabric swatches, each card contains:

  • Pricing information
  • Fun fabric facts
  • Professional pointers
  • A special discount on the fabrics included in the swatch service
  • Pattern suggestions (Included in the garment swatch cards only.)

The Warm Tones garment card is curated to augment skin with peachy, yellow or golden undertones, and the Cool Tones card will complement skin with hints of pink, red, or blue.

How it Works:

Subscribe to the TCS swatch card(s) best suited to your sewing lifestyle, and every three months – depending on your tailored subscription plan – the card(s) will arrive in your mailbox. It’s as simple as that!

Once your swatch card is in the mail, you will receive an email containing photos, direct links to the fabric and patterns on our website, and early access to an informative (and entertaining) topnotch swatch ‘unboxing’ video on YouTube.

A Full-Year Subscription is paid in four installments, as indicated in the table above. After your initial purchase, your card will be automatically charged upon the release of each new swatch card(s).

How often will I receive my swatch card(s)?

Our swatch cards are released four times annually at the beginning of March, June, September, and December. You will receive your swatch card(s) sometime during the first week of these designated months.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the price of the subscription, so there is no additional cost.

When does my swatch card discount code expire?

Your swatch card discount code is valid for 90 days after the card’s release date. The exact date of expiration will be included in your subscriber email.

Can you ship Swatch Cards internationally?

Yes! And, to offset the extended shipping period, international subscribers will receive an extension on their discount code.

Can you personalize Swatch Cards?

No. One of the best things about our Swatch Cards is that the eight fabrics featured are meant to be viewed collectively, thereby prompting combinations and/or sewing projects you may not have previously considered!

Additionally, we will send you swatches of any of our fabrics for only $1.25 – just click the ‘Buy Swatch’ button included on every fabric web page.

Can I purchase a Swatch Card(s) without a subscription?

You can purchase one or more swatch cards just once. However, the only way to regularly receive a swatch card is by subscribing to the swatch service.

Can I purchase Swatch Cards from past seasons?

Depending on availability, past swatch cards may be able for purchase at a discounted rate. Please call us at (406) 540-4068 or email us at [email protected] with purchasing inquiries and questions.

How do I update my subscription shipping address?

To update your address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Click the Change Address button next to the subscription.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Click Save Address.
How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Select the Change Payment Method button next to a subscription.
  3. Enter the new payment details on the Checkout > Pay page.
  4. Submit the Checkout > Pay form and returns to the My Account page where a confirmation message says that the payment method has been updated.
How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Select the Cancel button next to a subscription.
