Thank you for trusting us with your fabric order! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and all U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Web orders will be processed during business hours and shipped the same day if they are received before noon Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after noon Mountain Time, or on Sundays / holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed during and directly following a sale may take longer to ship. If you would like to add to or combine orders, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is a problem with your order, such as not enough fabric being in stock, we will email you within two business days of receiving your order to see how you would like to handle the issue.
The day your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your USPS tracking number. Once a package leaves our store, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS is experiencing widespread delays. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you locate it or arrange a replacement.
Those living in the Missoula area may select local pick-up rather than Priority Mail shipping at checkout. If you decide to use this option, we will email you when your order is assembled and ready for pickup.
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a product you ordered. If this is the case, we will issue you store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Simply let us know either by phone or email. Your store credit will operate like a gift card for our online shop. As for physically returning your product(s), we can either email you a pre-paid return label and subtract that cost from your store credit, or you can take care of the return shipment on your own accord.
If we made a mistake with your order (sent the wrong product, cut the wrong amount, or you found a flaw), or if it wasn’t what you expected, we will issue a refund for the value of said item(s) to your original payment method. Again, give us a call or send an email to let us know, and we will send you a return label (costs covered) if applicable.
Remember, you can always purchase a swatch before ordering yardage. If you feel our photos or descriptions were incorrect , please contact us so we can improve upon them.
