Thank you for trusting us with your fabric order! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and all U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Web orders will be processed during business hours and shipped the same day if they are received before noon Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after noon Mountain Time, or on Sundays / holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed during and directly following a sale may take longer to ship. If you would like to add to or combine orders, please reach out to us at If there is a problem with your order, such as not enough fabric being in stock, we will email you within two business days of receiving your order to see how you would like to handle the issue.

The day your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your USPS tracking number. Once a package leaves our store, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS is experiencing widespread delays. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you locate it or arrange a replacement.

Those living in the Missoula area may select local pick-up rather than Priority Mail shipping at checkout. If you decide to use this option, we will email you when your order is assembled and ready for pickup.


If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated with the return.

We hope you love your new fabric, but we understand that products aren’t always what you thought they would be. We will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase. The fabric must be in original condition and not washed. Simply email us at, and we will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item(s) we will email you a gift card code. To help us, please let us know why you want to return an item so we can improve our descriptions, photos, and inventory!

If you aren’t sure about ordering a fabric for any reason, you can easily order a 3” X 6” swatch of any fabric from the product page. While we put forth our best effort to correctly capture each fabric’s color, ordering a fabric swatch is the best way to ensure that you are getting exactly the color and texture you want.
