Decades of Style 1940s Belle Curve Dress

There are quite a few 1940s dresses with a sunburst configuration of gathering or darts but this one is by far our favorite! Named for the beautifully curved seam between the front and back pieces (there is no real side seam), this dress has cap sleeves, a center back invisible zipper, and 9 sizes. The largest size is drafted to accommodate a person with a 46″ bust, a 40″ waist, and 49″ hips.  

The shorter length view is perfect for the day or a cocktail depending on your fabric choice. The long version would make an amazing wedding gown! Use one of our lovely Lyocell Twills or silks to make this lovely gown!
