Good news! You can enter to win a hand-made garment.
If you regularly follow our blog you will no doubt know that our in-house tailor, Bonnie Thompson, is one of the best! She started sewing professionally in 1980 for a custom sewing business in downtown Missoula, and by 1987, she owned the business, which she ran for almost 20 years. We over at The Confident Stitch have certainly benefited from her skills, as our countless blog posts featuring to-die-for garments, will tell you.
If you have ever stared longingly at a Bonnie-Made garment, as I know I have, The Confident Stitch Crew has some fantastic news! We are excited to announce an in-store drawing which will be taking place at the end of July. Starting now, every time you make an in-store purchase at our downtown Missoula location, you can enter to win a garment custom-made by our amazing Bonnie! The winner will receive:
One
A planning session with our exceptional staff spent selecting a pattern and fabric which complement each other as well as your wonderful shape!
Two
At least two fitting sessions, during which you’ll have a chance to talk through the pattern with Bonnie as well as pick her knowledgeable brain about the process of garment-making.
Three
Last but not least, a glamorous photo shoot with our talented photographer, Bess Bird!
The catch? We want to interview the winner about their experience and feature them on our blog and social media accounts. Not too terrible as far as ‘catches’ go 😉
One More Thing...
A few exclusions do apply. For example, the fabric selected by the winner must be re-order-able and cost $20 per yard or less. It is also important to note that many but not all of our patterns are included in this opportunity. Follow these links to check out the awesome fabrics and patterns included in this prize! Children’s patterns and bag patterns are excluded. This prize is non-transferable. And, lastly, you do need to live near enough that you can commute for fitting and photo sessions.
We will draw one lucky name at the end of July, and, remember, every time you come in and make a purchase in the shop, you get to enter your name in the raffle, so come early and come often to enter to win a hand-made garment!
